4. Field Of View:

Please press the Reset switch (located at the bottom of the camera), and shut off the camera. The on-board CPU runs the Einstein ver.2. Its memory capacity may become deficient like a computer; the power may not turn off by using the operation button. Upon this malfunction, reset the memory capacity by pressing the Reset button. Please be aware that pressing the Reset button will erase all images, which are stored in the Einstein ver.2.

5. The charge does not hold, even for 30 minutes

The Low Battery Icon appears on the screen. The Icon does not appear but the charge does not hold. This may be the result of the memory on the battery. The rechargeable battery will retain its memory if the battery is not fully charged every time. This is not the result of the battery life, but the result of the frequent recharging even though there is still power left in the battery. Repeating the frequent charging causes the battery to mistakenly recognize the full level of the charge even though the battery is not fully charged. Refer to the following procedures and preventive measures to correct this effect .

To Correct this Effect

1. Turn on the power and run the camera until the LED lights shuts off by draining the battery.
2. After draining the battery, place the camera onto the charger and charge for 15 hours.
3. Repeating step 1 and 2 for 3 times The battery will recognize the full level of the charge to its original setting after this procedure is repeated for several times.

Preventive Measures

1. Do not charge the battery frequently.
It is recommended to charge the battery every 30 minutesbecause the Einstein ver.2's run time is for one hour. Thisprevents not only the memory on the battery but also expandsthe life of the battery.
2. Do not charge the battery for over 48 hours.
If the camera is not in use, such as on the weekends, unplugthe AC adaptor of the charger. The charge will hold for 3 to 4days if the camera with fully charged battery is not in use.

Additional Information:
* The battery does not hold the charge afterapproximate 2 years of normal camera usage.
* The battery life may be worn out. Please contactRF SYSTEM lab Technical Support.
